Will my photo work?
Most clear photos work beautifully. Our team checks your photo and will contact you if it is unsuitable for engraving.
How fast will it arrive?
Your crystal is engraved and ships the next business day after you place your order. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–4 days after shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you can cancel for a full refund until we start engraving, usually the next business day, so message us right away. Once your order has shipped we can't change the delivery address, so please double-check it at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We offer a free remake guarantee. If your crystal arrives damaged, has an engraving defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll remake it free or refund you in full — just email us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
