Will my photo work?
Most clear photos work beautifully. Our team checks your photo and will contact you if it is unsuitable for engraving.
How fast will it arrive?
Your crystal is engraved and ships the next business day after you place your order. U.S. delivery typically takes 3–4 days after shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 48 hours of ordering. Once your order has shipped we can't change the delivery address, so please double-check it at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We offer a free remake guarantee. If your crystal arrives damaged or the engraving isn't right, we'll remake it free of charge — just email us a photo.
