Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number — just click the link to see live delivery status. Please allow 1 business day after dispatch for tracking to update.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from customerservice@clight.llc.
Your Order Timeline
- Order placed — our artists review your photo the same day and prepare your free digital proof.
- Engraving — your image is laser-engraved inside K9 optical crystal in our Katy, Texas studio.
- Ships next business day — packed in a premium gift box and dispatched with tracking.
- Delivered in 3–4 days — anywhere in the U.S., typically within a week of ordering.
