Refund & Remake Policy

Every C.light 3D crystal is custom made to order from your photo. Because each piece is personalized and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Free Remake Guarantee — If your crystal arrives damaged, has an engraving defect, or is not what you ordered, we will remake it for free — or issue a full refund if you prefer. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@clight.llc with your order number and photos of the issue. No need to ship anything back unless we ask; if a return is requested, send to: 20442 Westfield Commerce Dr, Katy, TX 77449.

Order Cancellation — You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Photo Quality — Our team reviews every photo before engraving and will contact you if it is not suitable for 3D conversion, so quality issues are caught before production — not after delivery.
