Shipping Policy

Free U.S. shipping on all orders. Every crystal is custom made to order in our Katy, Texas workshop.

Delivery Timeline — Your crystal is engraved and ships the next business day after your order. U.S. delivery takes 3–4 days after dispatch — typically at your door within a week of ordering. Holidays and peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas) may add 1–3 business days.

Need it faster for a special date? Email customerservice@clight.llc before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Tracking — You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 1 business day for tracking to update.

Address Accuracy — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — once a custom order has shipped we cannot redirect it, and reshipment due to an incorrect address may incur additional cost.
